Expanded Support for Injection Molding CAE
DatapointLabs welcomes two additional partners, which expands our support to include all major injection-molding simulation codes in use in the world today.
Direct Data Downloads to Autodesk-Moldflow and Moldex3D
Autodesk-Moldflow and Moldex3D users now have enhanced support via the Matereality connection. DatapointLabs clients can directly downloadMoldflow udb and Moldex3D xml files from raw data stored in their personal material databases at www.matereality.com.
Ansys Polyflow now In-House
Ansys Polyflow software has been brought in-house to enhance our ability to support complex visco-elastic polymer material modeling for plastics extrusion, blow-molding and thermoforming simulation.
Elongational Viscosity Data Using Peldom
DatapointLabs along with its extrusion simulation partner PlasticFlow introduces a new method for estimation of elongational viscosity of polymers. Based on the work of PlasticFlow founder Prof. Mahesh Gupta (paper), the method combines capillary viscosity measurements with computer simulation. view test
